It was a beautiful day, and I loved painting on location this Winston-Salem scene at the bottom of the hill on Reynolda Road where it intersects with old 421. The waterlilies were awesome and the sun happened to be at just the right place to highlight them and the trees just behind them. The reflection was magnificent because of the extremely still water.
