This is a commissioned portrait done of a dear friend's precious little granddaughter when she was four years old. In my opinion, four is a good age for a portrait because the child is grown up enough to look like they will as an adult (sort of) and yet young enough to retain the innocence of youth. I was happy with this portrait. I trust her parents were as well.
