Glitter Gal

I always love digging up my old watercolors, either unfinished or "unliked," and adding to them with pastels. I can change or enhance the original as much as I like. This piece only had watercolor in the background. I was experimenting with the wet-in-wet technique and adding salt to create the texture. I thought it was the perfect background for this "Glitter Gal."  Needless to say, I had a lot of fun painting her!
