Evening Welcome

While in Beaufort, NC in a painting trip, a friend and I were discussing the possibility of doing a night painting. Having never tried this before, I was anxious to begin. We parked ourselves on the quaint little front porch under a single dim low-watt bulb and took on the challenge . . . indeed it was a challenge to paint an almost totally very low-key painting in a very low-light situation . . but it was fun!  This painting is unframed.
