Flora Ann's Garden

This painting is a garden at the home of Flora Ann Bynum in Old Salem, a Moravian settlement in Winston-Salem, NC.  As you can see, it was lush with flowers the morning I painted it, and the white picket gate was the ideal focal point for this scene.
