Spiraling 2

This is a demo I did for a class to show the importance of negative space to the overall deign. We began by drawing a leaf for the center of interest and placing it appropriately near the center. Working from center out, we added leaves very slowly and overlapped some to visually link things together into a pleasing eye patterns. The leaves that run off the page create interesting negative shapes that fit together like pieces of a puzzle.
