Pouring Water

This drawing was done in my art class at Converse College.  Our entire freshman year (9 hours a week) was devoted to these detailed charcoal drawings of Greek and Roman statues displayed around the studio. We learned quickly to do them correctly or we had to "correct/re-do" them.  It was challenging and sometimes difficult, but I realized later how fortunate I was to have had this intense "Old Masters" instruction.
